I enjoy the opportunity to work one on one with folks who are interested in exploring how an intentional practice of gratitude can change their lives.
Here is what I know about gratitude:
The practice of intentional gratitude invites us more fully into this moment.
And in cultivating that presence, we slow down.
In slowing down, we create space in our lives.
Those spaces call us.
They cajole us to pay attention.
From that place of attending to what is, we can honestly ask the questions and explore the answers that lead us to embrace who we are and what we are called to do. We uncover new insights, see challenging situations with fresh eyes, and open our minds and hearts to the way forward.
It would be an honor to companion you in your process.
I work with folks in a few different ways. Be in touch, and we can figure out the way that is best for you. Best for where you are right now.
