Gratitude and Grief: An Autumn Gathering for Women

Join Rev. Roxanne Pendleton and Jen Wewers, M.Div. for Gratitude and Grief: An Autumn Gathering for Women to Nourish Body and Soul on Saturday, October 26th from 6:00pm - 8:30pm.

We invite you to explore how to intentionally live this season in body, mind, and spirit as we share an evening of gentle yoga, thoughtful reflection, and sacred ritual.

Friends, we are intentionally shifting this from a larger venue (which charged a fee) to a more intimate space at the home of Jen Wewers (where we can have fire and more creativity!)

As space is now limited, please PM me to RSVP for this FREE event by Friday at Noon. I will then PM you the address. (If you already registered, we are saving you a spot).

We will enjoy a slow, grounding yoga practice, followed by circle time for guided reflection and sharing. After that, we will have seasonal snacks and drinks.

Please bring a snack to share. Also, please bring a pen and journal (or paper). Dress comfortably. I have 5 sets of yoga mats and props, so let me know if you want to use one of those when you RSVP. First come, first serve.There is an outdoor hot tub, so you are invited to bring a suit (optional). This is a shame-free zone, so no judgement (including self-judgement) allowed!

The yoga will be an hour. The circle time about the same. Food, drinks, and conversation will last as long as we linger.
